Student Legal and Mediation Services welcomes one of its newest student assistants: Cheyenne Moore.
Cheyenne was born in Arizona, but traveled all over the country throughout her childhood due to her dad being in the military. She is currently a Senior pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in Sociology. She hopes to attend graduate school in order to attain a Ph.D. in English and creative writing. She aspires to become a professor or work in the field of publishing.
In her free time, Cheyenne enjoys watching TV shows and movies, including American Horror Story, Rick & Morty, Sweeney Todd, Lord of the Rings, and The Mist. She also enjoys listening to her favorite musicians, including The Beatles, Snow Patrol, A Perfect Circle and Ani Defranco.
Some little known facts about Cheyenne include that she has been to Ireland and England (Liverpool and London), has won a Slam Poetry competition in Dallas, and loves to paint and write short stories. She also will be presenting her research on Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein in October in Salt Lake City. As an avid reader, some of her favorite books include Frankenstein, and Wicked by Gregory Maguire.
