Student Legal and Mediation Services is happy to welcome attorney Samantha Snow Ward to the office!
Samantha received her B.A. in Spanish and Political Science from Central Methodist University in Fayette, Missouri in 1996. She received her J.D. at the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in Columbia, Missouri in 1999.
Samantha’s hometown is Galveston, Texas, however she has resided in Huntsville for three years now. In addition to working in the SLMS office, she also has her own private practice with Ward & Associates, PC, and has been a professor since 2000.
Samantha has three brothers, two sisters, and one son. When she is not providing high quality legal advice or teaching her students, she enjoys traveling, yoga, Zumba, and is involved in many organizations including the Huntsville Junior Service League, the United Methodist Women, and serving as Secretary of the Walker County Bar Association.
Other facts about Samantha include that she is fluent in Spanish, has lived in Ireland and Spain, and she loves the Museum of Fine Arts in Houston and recently saw the Kusama show there. She also enjoys movies including To Kill A Mockingbird, and Books including The Color of Water by James McBride.
